This project was created to help provide an iconic presence for the college and help create wayfinding to the campus. The new signage and clock tower in front of Building F along Administration Road and NW 83rd Street comprise of precast concrete, brick masonry, CMU masonry, structural steel framing and wood framing. New sidewalks, landscaping, paving, curbing and lighting was providing to complete the structure. The LED lighting was selected with care and aimed to prevent glare to pedestrians and passing cars, while highlighting the different materials and signage.
A larger monumental sign was created along 39th Avenue to help guide visitors and potential students to the campus.
